I ordered a product on lazada and was told that i will receive the product in 1 to 5 days. I paid by credit card.
On the 5th day i get an email from lazada telling the order is cancelled and i will receive my refund in 7-14 days and i need to fill a refund form. It was very unprofessional they waited last min to inform that they did not have the product.
My money has been on hold for 2 weeks. I could have ordered the product from a different place as it was urgent for me.ordernumber: 365989353
