I have been order a power bank on 9th Feb 2016 in LAZADA with ORDER # 366485879 from Gadget Hero supplier. It supposed to send to me between 11-13 Feb 2016.

Now is 19th Feb, but any time calling Lazada they just said supplier not send the parcel yet. Their service and customer care is very weak and they not see them responsible towards customers. Even they not cancel the order and their reason is the supplier not send the parcel yet and I have to wait until the supplier send it and they also don't know when it will be happen.

I will never try to buy again from Lazada.
