Saya order barang di toko JR Parts A.K.T , Oli mesin matic + oli gardan fukukawa tanggal 8 April 2025 dengan nomor pesanan 261458****671848 dengan pembayaran melalui kredivo 0 click. Sampai sekarang pesanan saya tidak di kirimkan oleh toko, di chat pun pihak toko tidak respon admin aktifnya, hanya di balas oleh chat bot.
Dan saya tidak bisa membatalkan pesanan saya karena tombol pesanan tidak bisa di klik harus ada konfirmasi dulu dari toko karena dalam pesanan saya menggunakan voucher. Saya hanya berharap uang saya kembali dan pesanannya di batalkan. Karena ini sudah terlalu lama.
Saya chat Cleo pun tidak ada solusi untuk di bantu karena sudah melebihi estimasi pengiriman.pengembalian dana jawabannya tidak memuaskan. Sekali lagi saya ingin pesanan saya di batalkan dan refund dana saya.

CS kayak kaset rusak semua, jawaban standar berhari-hari. Seolah masa bodo untuk mencari tahu tuntas apa kabar paket saya yang ditahan kurir Lazada sendiri (LEX), yang udah lebihin janji kirim, dan itupun tak sesuai ongkir.
Sudah pakai lamaaaa sekali jadi konsumen setia, tapi sekarang habis kesabaran saya. Off to Shopee and Tokped. Bye, Lazada.
Keluarga saya yang lain ikut hengkang. Itu potensi pendapatan hilang ya.

Contacted Lazada via e-mail Sent already three e-mails no response The request of refund / return after rejection by Lazada without informing my why , started new request- was rejected, did it again - rejected without any explanation.I don’t know who in Lazada is dealing with all this issues?Why they are treating costumers like that ?

Purchased product of a drill swapped for seeds
Purchased a drill, thought it would be safer to get delivered at supermarket.
When notified that parcel was ready for collection it was not a drill but seeds.
Nobody taking responsibility for deception of stealing the drill and replacing order with seeds. No one helping us to find our delivery.
Delivery company not answering emails, seller states not his problem and Lazada online help go around in circles. Seems that swapping expensive products for seeds is a common occurrence.
